Opening, managing, and closing your account

Opening an account is simple and takes just 5 minutes. Download our app or visit our website, click "Open Account", and follow the steps. You'll need a valid ID (passport or national ID card) and complete a quick video verification. Most accounts are approved instantly and you can start using your account right away.
You'll need a valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driving license depending on your country), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last 3 months), and in some cases, proof of income. EU residents can open an account with just their ID in most cases.
No, there's no minimum deposit required to open or maintain your account. You can start using your account with any amount, including zero. We believe banking should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation.
Yes, you can open multiple accounts for different purposes such as savings, travel, or shared expenses. Each account comes with its own IBAN and can be managed independently. Additional accounts can be opened directly from your app in just a few taps.
You can close your account at any time from the app or by contacting our support team. Before closing, ensure your balance is zero (transfer any remaining funds) and cancel any active subscriptions or direct debits. Account closure is processed within 5 business days.

Cards

Debit cards, virtual cards, and card settings

Once your account is approved, you can order a physical debit card directly from the app. Choose between our standard free card or premium metal card. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the EU. A virtual card is available instantly for online purchases while you wait.
Yes! Your card works in over 200 countries and territories worldwide. We charge no foreign transaction fees for payments within the EU, and competitive rates for non-EU transactions. You can also withdraw cash from ATMs worldwide, with free withdrawals up to certain limits depending on your account type.
Immediately freeze your card in the app to prevent unauthorized use - this takes just one tap. You can then order a replacement card. If you suspect fraudulent transactions, contact our support team immediately. We offer 24/7 fraud protection and will investigate any suspicious activity.
Contactless payments are enabled by default on all our cards. Simply tap your card on any contactless terminal for payments up to the local limit (typically €50 in the EU). For higher amounts, you'll be asked for your PIN. You can also add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay for phone payments.
Yes, you have full control over your card settings in the app. Set daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits, disable online purchases or ATM withdrawals, block specific merchant categories, or freeze your card temporarily. These controls help you manage your budget and protect against fraud.

Payments & Transfers

Sending money, SEPA transfers, and payments

Making a transfer is easy. In the app, go to "Transfers", enter the recipient's IBAN and name, specify the amount and optional reference, then confirm with your PIN or biometrics. SEPA transfers within the EU are typically free and arrive within 1 business day, or instantly with SEPA Instant.
Transfer limits depend on your account verification level and type. Standard accounts can transfer up to €10,000 per transaction and €25,000 per month. These limits can be increased by completing additional verification or upgrading your account. You can view and request limit increases in the app.
SEPA transfers typically arrive within 1 business day, often the same day if sent before the cut-off time. SEPA Instant transfers arrive within seconds, 24/7/365. International transfers outside SEPA may take 2-5 business days depending on the destination and correspondent banks involved.
Yes, you can set up standing orders for recurring payments like rent or savings. Go to "Transfers", create a new transfer, and select "Make recurring". Choose the frequency (weekly, monthly, etc.), start date, and optionally an end date. You can modify or cancel recurring payments at any time.
Share your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code with the sender - you'll find these in the app under "Account Details". For SEPA transfers from within Europe, only your IBAN is needed. International transfers may incur fees from the sending bank. Funds are credited to your account once received and processed.

Security

Protecting your account and personal data

Your deposits are protected by the European Deposit Guarantee Scheme up to €100,000 per depositor. We also use bank-grade 256-bit encryption, secure data centers, and continuous fraud monitoring. Your money is held in segregated accounts at established European banks, separate from our operational funds.
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring two forms of verification: something you know (your password) and something you have (your phone). When enabled, you'll need to confirm sensitive actions with a code sent to your phone or generated by your authenticator app.
Immediately freeze your card in the app to prevent further transactions. Then contact our support team through the app's secure chat or by phone. We'll investigate the suspicious activity, block unauthorized transactions, and guide you through the dispute process. Report any security concerns without delay.
You can change your password in the app under Settings > Security > Change Password. For your card PIN, go to Cards > PIN Settings. You'll need to verify your identity before making changes. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and changing them regularly for maximum security.
Absolutely. We comply fully with GDPR and employ strict data protection measures. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in secure EU data centers, and never sold to third parties. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time through the Privacy section in settings.

Personal loans, credit options, and repayments

We offer personal loans from €1,000 to €50,000 with flexible terms from 12 to 84 months. Use the funds for any purpose - home improvements, car purchase, debt consolidation, or unexpected expenses. We also offer specific products like car loans and home improvement financing with competitive rates.
Apply directly in the app or on our website. Use our loan calculator to find the right amount and term, then click "Apply Now". You'll answer a few questions about your income and expenses. Most applications receive an instant decision, and funds can be in your account within 24 hours of approval.
Our interest rates start from 3.9% APR and depend on factors including the loan amount, term, and your credit profile. We use transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Use our loan calculator to see exact rates and monthly payments for your specific situation before you apply.
Yes, you can make partial or full early repayments at any time without penalty fees. Early repayment reduces the total interest you pay. Simply go to your loan in the app and select "Make Extra Payment" or "Repay in Full". The remaining balance and interest will be recalculated automatically.
If you miss a payment, we'll notify you immediately and give you a grace period to catch up. Late payments may incur fees and affect your credit score. If you're having difficulties, contact us before your payment is due - we can often arrange a payment holiday or adjusted repayment plan.
