Finanpro Servicios provides digital banking services including but not limited to: current accounts, savings accounts, payment cards (debit and prepaid), money transfers (domestic and international), direct debits, standing orders, and loan products. All services are provided in accordance with applicable European banking regulations and are subject to regulatory approval and geographic availability.

Account Registration and Verification
To use our services, you must create an account and complete our identity verification process (KYC). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Continued use of our services after fee changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees. You authorize us to deduct applicable fees directly from your account balance.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finanpro Servicios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support or through the app. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulatory authorities. Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding obligations, and we will process any remaining balance according to applicable regulations.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website and notifying you via email or through the app. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws. For complaints, you may also contact the relevant financial ombudsman in your country of residence.
